We've tried to gather all the questions you might have when shopping with us. If you haven't, you can use the form at the bottom of this page to ask us a question and we'll answer it.

 

1. What are the details of shipping?

One of the most important pieces of information is that all of our products are individually manufactured and therefore individually shipped. If you order more than one of the same product, they will of course be shipped together. Since each product is shipped separately we want to leave a little money in your wallet. If you buy at least 4 products use the code SHIPPING4X at checkout in your shopping cart and you will get 15% discount on the total amount.

 

2. What about returns & refunds?

We'd like to explain what the situation is: as these are individually manufactured products, returns are not the same as for fast fashion products. However, we would like to give you the possibility to have someone to turn to if the product is somehow not turns out as you imagined. All our products are described with size charts which are fully accurate.

3. Product sizing details

In the descriptions of all our products we try to give you as much help as possible in choosing the sizes and the types of products (oversize, slim, loose fit etc.)

4. Where is my order?

If you feel that your product should have arrived and has not yet done so, please check our Shipping Policy on https://beballa.shop/policies/shipping-policy

For all orders, an automatic email will notify you that your order has been recorded, as soon as your product has been manufactured and is ready to be shipped, the system will automatically send you information about your package number so you can track it yourself.

If you feel something is wrong, please contact us so we can help you as soon as possible.

 

5. Custom products, how it works?

Everything available on the site can be custom made to order. We can put your name on it, change the color, the pattern, anything you want. You can even request a completely custom product, just give us an idea. We don't just have the products that are available on the site. We try to keep uploading all products, sorted into collections. If you want something that is not on the site, feel free to contact us and we will do our best to get you what you want.

6. Where is the Be Balla Shop located?

Our headquarter is located in Hungary, but our products are manufactured and shipped worldwide. We strive to maintain the widest possible network of partners, so that wherever in the world you order from, we can manufacture as close to you as possible and get the product you want to you as fast as we can.

Of course, there are products that we can only manufacture in a specific country. These products are always marked on the product page to make it clear. There are also products that are only available in specific countries. We have set them in such a way that if you order from a country where it is not available, the system will not even allow you to add it to your basket.

 

7. Will I receive customs / import duties?

Certain countries have to pay VAT on products that cross the border. Unfortunately, we have no influence on this and everyone has their own responsibility to investigate this. Although we try to select our products in such a way that no one is negatively affected by the purchase, unfortunately, it sometimes happens. In most countries, the products are delivered by parcel service, and in the case of European countries, they are also registered in the IOSS e-commerce system.
It may arise, e.g. In the case of Hungary, if the product arrives from the United States, you have to pay VAT before you can receive your package, but this is not the case in most countries. We try to make all our products available and manufacturable in both Europe and America, so that depending on your situation, we can have them manufactured and mailed to you as soon as possible.

 

8. Billing in HUF

Invoicing and payment are done in HUF, as Be Balla Shop is backed by a Hungarian company. We have tried to provide you as customers with all the convenience and everyone sees our prices in their own currency (which, however, if you use our site on a computer, you can change it at any time in the upper right corner). Currency exchange is always done at the current exchange rate and everyone's own bank manages this. Unfortunately, we have no influence on this.

 

9. How can I pay for my orders?

You can pay with us in different ways. The first and easiest way to pay is PayPal. We don't think we need to explain this, but if you have any questions about this, feel free to contact us.

3D Secure overview
3-D Secure (3DS) is a protocol designed to be an additional security layer for online transactions. During the checkout process, the customers are required to complete an extra authentication step to verify the cardholder's identity, which reduces fraud and meets regulatory requirements.

How it works
3DS allows the merchant to challenge its customers by asking them to perform an action that only cardholders are able to complete.

Based on different mechanisms, the challenge can have different formats:

  • The cardholder goes through a frictionless flow where Revolut sends information about the device being used. This might be enough for the issuing bank to approve the payment. This format is called Fingerprint.
  • The cardholder is asked to provide a one-time password (OTP) sent to their phone, which is registered with their bank account. This is the usual format of the challenge.
  • The cardholder is asked to verify the transaction using their card bank application. This is a more modern and common format.
